Adam Frost-Venrick is an L.A. based actor, writer, voice over artist, director, sketch comedian and clown.

He appeared in the 30 Minutes or Less festival in its inaugural 2025 season, as the writer and lead actor of I’m a Nice Man., which was nominated for Best Solo Show and Best In Fest. He also directed BK Wong’s one woman show Safety Stew.

In 2026, Frost-Venrick returned to the festival as a cast member of Wyndwolf Puppets’ Gilded Spindle, Spencer Frankeberger’s Blow the Man Down and as the creator and star of the clown show Bad Medicine.

He is the co-creator of the two-man sketch comedy show Scheele’s Green and the clown show Better U., and is a proud member of the Dramatists’ Guild of America.
