It was only about 20 minutes, but honestly… I wanted a whole series. That’s how good it was.
The show was hilarious in that smart, effortless way where you’re laughing, but also admiring how creative and tight everything is. The timing, the characters, the writing. So good. It felt like being dropped into another era, very pre-internet, pre-cell phones, pure 80s/90s energy. The kind of storytelling where personality carries everything and you don’t need flashy tech to stay locked in.
There was something really refreshing about that. Just strong performances, real humor, and moments that felt familiar in the best way. Nostalgic, chaotic, warm, and sharp all at once....
